Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We cannot express enough praise for Bill Garrison and Higginbotham Custom Homes group! What an effortless experience for what is otherwise considered a stressful one. Bill listened and addressed all our concerns during the whole building process. There wasn't a request or design feature that we asked for that he didn't make happen. Our objective was to create a home with the all the features of a new home, but with an old world charm and our final product was absolutely spectacular. Thank you for a terrific experience and giving us the beautiful home. Without hesitation, we would recommend Higginbotham Custom Homes to anyone building a home of their dreams!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Extremely professional and courteous. Kept us apprised of schedules, the comings and goings of the different trades. Asked for and received turnkey delivery. Workmanship is excellent no detail to large or small to handle. Entire project turned out beautifully. Enjoyed being able to see the construction from ground up to finished product.

This project was very extensive as two septic tanks where remove and the existing house and new garage were tied into city services.

Would highly recommend for any project.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I worked on a total kitchen, bathroom, and main floor renovation with Highinbotham Custom Homes. Bill was a huge help in connecting me with the right people to get the project started and then was there by my side every step of the way. The final product came out amazing! Any little bump along the way was taken care of immediately and professionally. We all know renovations can be a nightmare, but they made this process as easy as possible for me with an end result I am extremely happy with!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was our first new construction home so we were unsure what to expect. We couldn’t be happier with the way the project was handled and with the end product! Roger, Richard, and all the subs were great to work. Their quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. If you’re in the market for custom home construction, look no further than HCH.

We first built our home with Higginbotham Custom Homes 24 years ago (1998) and just used them for a recent (2022) remodeling project. In both cases, they exceeded our expectations. Roger Higginbotham and Bill Garrison are true professionals and make sure that every detail is met with your satisfaction. We really appreciated their constant communication throughout our project and would recommend them highly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had the absolute BEST experience with Higgenbotham performing our custom build. The workmanship was excellent (especially the tile and woodwork). Roger worked closely with us on the design and was truly reasonable when we wanted last minute changes (even during the build). He did what he said he would do, and in the timeframe he committed to.
I know from other past experiences with contractors, that it is hard to find a company so trust worthy. As with any major project, there were minor things that needed to be addressed after project completion, but they were excellent with the follow up and quickly addressed even my nit-picky minor blemishes. We absolutely love our home and more than a couple of people have slowed their cars and slowed their boats on the water to get a closer look. Even though we are in our "forever home", if we were going to do another build, we would use Higgenbotham again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When my husband & I began the process of building our custom home, we started by asking our friends in the home construction industry to name the best builders they have worked for or with. Every time Higginbotham Custom Homes made the list. After meeting with Roger, we immediately knew he was our guy.
Once beginning the process it was very clear our home would be built to the best quality. Roger’s subcontractors are the best of the best in residential construction.
Roger is a man of his word & held to every agreement.
We truly enjoyed every minute of the building process.

We cannot say enough great things about this company.
